From the air, of course. Oceanview Helicopters Ltd. and Canadian Wildlife Capture (CWC) have wrapped up another successful winter/spring capture season in Western Canada. CWC was contracted by Provincial governments and the University of Saskatchewan to carry GPS collar deployments and biological sampling projects.
Capture species included wolves, caribou, California bighorn sheep and Canada’s first live captures of wild boar! A CBC news article and video are now loaded in our Animal Capture section. Check it out — It is really something to see.
